Grand Pera - Cercle d'Orient

Designed by Alexandre Vallaury, this imposing Neoclassical building was an exclusive gentlemen's club where Ottoman pashas and foreign diplomats gathered in the late 19th century. It later became the heart of the city's cinema memory, home to the legendary Emek Cinema and, at street level, the İnci Pastanesi patisserie.
