Built for Jean Botter, official tailor to Sultan Abdülhamid II, this is Turkey's first registered Art Nouveau building. Istanbul's first modern fashion house opened in its mirrored ground-floor salons, where Paris-cut gowns for the imperial family were fitted. With its carved stone florals and elegant wrought-iron lamps, it is Beyoğlu's most photogenic façade.
